How to Take Screenshots of Your Builds:

Method 1: (simple)

Go to Build Overview and select all or part of the build by pressing PRTSC on your keyboard and saving the resulting image.

Method 2: (advanced)

Google Sheets does not have built-in functionality to take screenshots. There are ways of doing it by using scripts but scripts require authorization for every copy of the file made.

Authorization requires entering your Google account credentials, therefore it is not a convenient option. Print as PDF is another option and what is recommended for highest quality.

First, go to the Build Overview tab then click on File → Print. On the print window, the printed area should snap to exactly the size of the Build Image tab. In case there is a white border, check the following settings:

– Print: Current sheet Formatting:
– Page Size: Custom size – Page order: Over, then down
– Height: 8.209″ – Width: 7.475″ Alignment:
– Page Orientation: Portrait – Horizontal: Center
– Scale: Fit to page – Vertical: Center
– Margins: Custom numbers (all 4 margins should be at 0″)

When you are ready to print, click on Next. Select Print as PDF from the dropdown menu and then click on Save.

To convert your PDF file to an image, go to https://convertio.co and upload your PDF file. Select PNG as image format and click on Convert. On the next page, download your PNG file when the conversion is done.
